A Dangerous Juxtaposition

The election of Donald Trump and Mike Pence reveals a dangerous juxtaposition of Christian and pagan ethics in one box.

To be sure, Christians were not supposed to run away from unbelievers. After all, unbelievers are our brothers, sisters, children, fathers, mothers, and neighbors. But are you in their midst to point the right direction, or are you spending time with them for personal benefit. Can Mike Pence really tell Trump the truth concerning anything, because there's a lot to talk to him about.

Mike Pence said during the campaign that he's first a Christian, then a Conservative, and then a Republican. Unless he's wishing that nobody heard him when he spoke on national television, he's proved to be  republican first, then a conservative, and then possibly a Christian. If Donald Trump can deny things he said on video as was the practice of his entire campaign, who is Pence not to do the same.

INFLUENCE AND POWER
It is quite completely obvious that those who are drawn to Trump and drawn to him as a man of influence and power. It is about his television personality and his billions of dollars. For those in the midst who profess Christianity, just like the rest, Trump is the one who makes things happen, not the God they claim to believe in. They are ready to overlook his lies, bigotry, racism and everything else that define him more like a pagan king. These are irrelevant if you can have influence and power and so they flock after him.

REPERCUSSION
All those who spent countless hours and days lying and defending Trump's lies and who are still defending his lies, there's a Third Party in the equation. The casting of ballots may the over, but the consequences will be out of men's control. It appears now that Trump and his supporters are ready to bring in the booty, except it will never happen. God has made no room for Trump and Pence in the White House and they will not be going there.

"Do not be unequally bound together with unbelievers [do not make mismatched alliances with them, inconsistent with your faith]. For what partnership can righteousness have with lawlessness? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?" (2 Corinthians 6:14).

The World Is Mourning

The World is Mourning the election of a king Nero.

He came to divide, to disrupt, and to destroy.

The election of Donald Trump as next president of the United States is troubling to both God and men. And God is set to do something about it.

I look and do not see Trump in the White House, I search and see neither Donald Trump nor Mike Pence in the Oval Office. They will not be going there.

One speaks and acts like a pagan king. The other was a Christian. Now they join forces together to oppress the vulnerable, to steal, to manipulate the credulous even as they operate without credibility.

The result is an explosion which cannot be contained and God will make it happen. It is not by the hands of men but by the hand of God. Donald Trump has no mandate to become the next president of the United States and will not be going to the Oval Office. Neither he, nor Mike Pence has any business in the Oval Office.

GOD IS MOURNING

God is Mourning the election of Donald Trump. We certainly have not heard the last of the recently concluded presidential election, because God, the Lord God of All Creation is mourning. Is the election of Trump as next president of the United States signed, sealed, and delivered? NO!
